Jess is an Accredited Practising Clinical and Sports Dietitian with a particular interest in assisting all individuals and athletes with their respective health, nutrition and physique related goals.

Jess enjoys applying practical, evidence - based dietetic advice and support across a range of clincial areas including but not limited to:

  • Physique and Weight management
  • Female health (PCOS, Menopausal/ Osteoporosis prevention)
  • Cardiovascular health (Hypertension, Cholesterol, Stroke recovery)
  • Gastrointestinal health (IBS & Low Fodmap Diet, IBD including Ulcerative Colitis, Chrohns disease) and Coeliac Disease.
  • Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2 and Pre-Diabetics)
  • Allergies and intolerances
  • Oncology related malnutrition
  • Adolescent nutrition

As a former International athlete, Jess is passionate about working with athletes to assist complementing their physical training and subsequent performance goals. She can assist you with dietary analysis, training and performance plans through providing nutrition education, eating plans and support.

  • Former AIS Scholarship holder (2013, 2011); Former VIS Scholarship holder (2014, 2008 - 2010)

  • IAAF World Race Walking Cups- Cheboksary (Russia), Chihuahua (Mexico) (2010, 2008)
  • Commonwealth Games India- forced to withdraw due to injury (2010)
  • IAAF World Junior Athletic Championships, Bydgoszcz (Poland) (2008) (Co-captain)
  • Australian Junior 10000m walk record holder
  • Victorian Junior State Cross - country representative
  • Athletics Australia Junior Athlete of the Year (2009); Emerging Athlete of the Year (2010).
